Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. We understand the challenges of selecting personal items online. Therefore, all orders can be returned or exchanged within 7 days with a valid proof of purchase for a full refund.

  • Damages due to normal wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.
  • Please note that most items (unused) must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping fees are not covered by us. Additional service fees such as shipping charges and gift-wrapping fees are non-refundable.

However, if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange, provided the requested item is in stock.

Please note that no refunds will be issued after an exchange has been completed.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for orders placed more than 30 days ago.

All sale items are final—no returns or exchanges will be accepted for discounted merchandise.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return labels are only provided for defective items within the policy period.

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at ().

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will mail you a gift certificate.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to pass on to you later, we will issue the refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of your return.

Returns Without a Prepaid Label

If you are returning an item without a prepaid label, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs. These fees are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

You may use any shipping carrier of your choice. We strongly recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment. Please keep this tracking number for your records. () is not responsible for lost packages shipped via non-trackable carriers.
